This vibrant poster, Crack Down (1986), by legendary artist Keith Haring, exemplifies his iconic pop-graffiti style and social activism. Rendered in his characteristic bold lines and vivid primary colors, the artwork features two blue human figures lifting a large yellow circular form as a giant orange foot comes crashing down above them. The words “CRACK DOWN!” frame the image in striking blue and orange typography.

Created during the height of Haring’s activism, this piece was part of his campaign against drug abuse, particularly targeting the devastating effects of crack cocaine in the 1980s. The poster combines Haring’s unmistakable visual energy with a strong political and social message.
